Ismail Terzi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2015, Ismail worked as the Vice President at Liderler Kulubu, where they organized events, conducted sponsorship negotiations, led a team, and formulated future activity plans.

In 2016, Ismail joined Genclik Otobusu as the Unit Coordinator, responsible for establishing and managing the University Representative Unit, coordinating team members, assigning and tracking tasks, and overseeing team management during trips in Europe.

In the same year, Ismail also became a Founding Board Member at TOBB IGGK Girisimci Kulupler Platformu, a platform created and supported by TOBB, aimed at activating entrepreneur student clubs in Istanbul by providing financial and moral support.

İsmail also worked as an Assistant for Student-Industry Relations at TOBB Istanbul Genc Girisimciler Kurulu from April 2016 to May 2019.

Ismail's work experience at Sur 34 Yapim Reklam Organizasyon Eğitim ve Danışmanlık includes being an intern, where they contributed to projects focused on the development of the automotive and transportation sector, including the "Trafikte Saygı Hareketi" project and "Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitliğini Destekliyoruz" project, among others.

From 2016 to 2021, Ismail served as the Event Coordinator at Kaptanlar Kulubu Dernegi, responsible for coordinating events.

In 2018, Ismail became a Case Campus Fellow at Endeavor Turkey.

From January 2021 to July 2021, Ismail worked as a Financial Affairs and Procurement Specialist at OTAM Automotive Technologies Research and Development Company.

From February 2018 to June 2019, Ismail served as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Smart Mimic.

After that, they took on various roles at Smart Mimic, including Sales Lead from June 2019 to November 2020, Customer Success Manager from November 2020 to July 2021, and Financial and Administrative Manager from July 2021 to July 2022.

Throughout their career, Ismail has gained experience in business development, financial management, customer success, sales, marketing, event coordination, and student club management.

İsmail TERZİ attended Istanbul University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's degree) in İktisat (Economics). İsmail then enrolled in Istanbul Aydin University from 2018 to 2022, pursuing a degree in Halkla İlişkiler ve Tanıtım (Public Relations and Promotion) on a full scholarship. In addition to their formal education, İsmail TERZİ obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received certifications in Mali Tablo Analizi ve Uygulamaları (Financial Statement Analysis and Applications) from TAYSAD Taşıt Araçları Tedarik Sanayicileri Derneği. In 2015, they earned certifications in Etkin Müşteri Teknikleri (Effective Customer Techniques), Etkin İletişim Teknikleri (Effective Communication Techniques), İmaj Yönetimi (Image Management), Beden Dili (Body Language), and Hitabet Sanatı (Art of Public Speaking) from Kariyerim Akademi.
