Hadar Bouchnik

Hadar Bouchnik (Pinchas) is an experienced professional in learning, training, and human resources, currently serving as the Learning & Training Manager at Mimun Yashir since August 2021. Prior to this role, Hadar worked as an HR Manager at MalamTeam from February to August 2021 and as a Learning and Development Consultant at Harel Insurance & Finance from January 2012 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager for the production of welfare events at Hochman & Shechter Events (January 2010 - January 2012). Hadar holds an MA in Public Administration and Policy from Sapir College (2013-2015) and a BA in Communication and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies (2007-2010), with additional education from the Holon Institute of Technology in 2016.
