Charlotte Holmgren

Charlotte Holmgren has extensive experience in various roles related to human resources and organizational development. Charlotte has worked for companies such as Min Doktor, Qlik, Trygg-Hansa Codan, and Trygg-Hansa. Charlotte'sroles have included Chief People & Culture Officer, Head of People & Culture, Senior Director R&D Operations, HR Director, and HR Business Partner. Throughout their career, they have focused on developing and implementing people strategies, driving organizational change and transformation, and creating scalable and effective organizations. Charlotte has also been involved in talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.

Charlotte Holmgren obtained a Master's degree in Public Health, with a focus on Political Studies, from Malmö University in 2004. In 2006, they briefly attended Blekinge Institute of Technology to study Recruitment, but did not receive a degree. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health, Behavioral Science, and Organizational Theories, also at Malmö University.
