Evan Shapiro

Evan Shapiro is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in blockchain and software development. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and Advisor at the Mina Foundation since August 2021, Evan also held the position of CEO, where responsibilities included resource allocation and ensuring the network's health within the Mina Protocol ecosystem. Prior to this, Evan was the CEO of O(1) Labs from June 2017 to August 2021. Early in the career, Evan gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Mozilla in the summer of 2013. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University (2014-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution (2011-2014).
