Don van Cleve

Don Van Cleve is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in product design and engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Designer at Minco Products, Inc. since July 2017, Don specializes in new product design and electrical circuit board layout. Simultaneously, Don has been a Plastic Designer at Polaris Industries since June 2012, focusing on the design and integration of plastic components. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Mechanical Designer at Global Electric Motorcars/Chrysler Corporation, where Don managed the development of body components and interiors and oversaw the R&D lab. Earlier positions also include Purchasing Manager and Research and Development Manager at Sugar Sand Marine/Leisure Industries. Don holds a Certified Solidworks Professional designation from Symmetry Solutions and an Associate's Degree in Autobody and Painting from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
