Jiro Okochi

Jiro Okochi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, technology, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at Mind Foundry since October 2024, Okochi also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Serrala, focusing on financial automation solutions. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Verifi Media, CEO of Alessa, and CEO of Tier1 CRM, Inc. Okochi co-founded Reval.com, Inc., where significant contributions were made to enterprise treasury and risk management. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at ION, Deutsche Bank, and West Deutsche Landesbank. Okochi earned a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley.
