Douglas Howe

Douglas Howe has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Douglas is currently the Head of Coaching at Mind Gym, where they are responsible for transforming the performance of individuals at work. Prior to this, Douglas worked as a Master Coach at Mind Gym.

Douglas Howe obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with Honors in Theatre/Theater from Carnegie Mellon University. Douglas attended the university from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from Summit High School between 1989 and 1993. In addition to their formal education, Douglas has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, both obtained in February 2019.
