Heather Panitch

Heather Panitch, MBA, is currently serving as the VP, Global Clients at Mind Gym, where they utilize behavioral science principles to develop experiences, products, and tools for behavior change within companies. Prior to their current role, Heather worked as a Global Account Director at Impact International from 2017 to 2021. Heather also served as a Product Manager Professional Learning at Hapara from 2016 to 2017 and as the Director of Professional Development Services at Imagine Easy Solutions from 2015 to 2016. Prior to these roles, Heather held positions such as Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Scholarly Pathways, LLC from 2012 to 2015, Professional Development Consultant at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishers from 2011 to 2012, and Educational Consultant at Step By Step Learning, LLC from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a General and Special Education Teacher at East Penn School District from 2007 to 2009.

Heather Panitch, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership and Leadership Development from the University of Delaware, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Special Education from Western Governors University in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a licensure focus from the same institution in 2007. Heather also obtained various certifications from the PA Department of Education, including Special Education Teacher N-12 Mild to Moderate in 2010, Early Childhood Education Teacher N-3 in 2007, and Elementary Education Teacher K-6 in 2007.
