Sophie Rodgers

Sophie Rodgers is a seasoned professional in product and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Product and Innovation at MindGym since May 2018. In this role, Sophie leads the development of a new enterprise-wide Leadership Development proposition and designs talent development interventions for FTSE500 companies, addressing competencies across various critical areas. Prior to this, Sophie held positions at MindGym including Innovation Manager, Principal Designer, and Solutions Designer, where Sophie contributed to digital transformation and custom intervention design for high-profile clients. Sophie's experience also includes a research scholarship from the Wellcome Trust and work as a Psychiatrist Assistant in Madrid. Sophie holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both obtained from UCL.
