Simpiwe Kwatsha

Simpiwe Kwatsha is a professional with extensive experience in the travel and tourism sector. Currently serving as a Reservations Sales Agent at Mindpearl since April 2022, Simpiwe specializes in assisting passengers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, ticketing, refunds, baggage inquiries, and payment processing.
