Additionally, Sally has experience as a Program Lead at Grilled Cheese Coaching Co., where they worked as an executive coach and certified facilitator. Sally has also worked as an Executive Coach at theMakings, delivering coaching to executives worldwide in short and impactful sessions. Sally has held the role of an Associate Coach at Mindbeat, GrowthSpace, GoCoach, SparkUs, Kokua Hub, and uExcelerate.

At Mindbeat, Sally focused on psychology and leadership consulting, while at GrowthSpace, they worked on employee development using data-driven and personalized approaches. Sally Fazakerley PCC completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The University of Manchester from 2003 to 2006. In 2017, they pursued further education in coaching and completed a Master en Coaching Ejecutivo y de Equipos & Habilidades Directivas at ESIDD Escuela Internacional de Coaching y Desarollo Directivo in 2018.

Sally also holds several additional certifications. Sally obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in July 2020. Sally has obtained various other certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in August 2022, GC3 Licenced Facilitator from Grilled Cheese Coaching Co. in September 2022, and The Path of Masterful Coaching (currently enrolled) from Goldvarg Consulting Group starting in June 2023.

Additionally, Sally has completed several coaching programs and courses. Sally graduated from Coach U Core Essentials in November 2019 and Coach U Advanced Program and PCSI Licenced Facilitator in December 2021. Sally also completed a Career Coaching Certification in Career Development Coaching - Level 1 from Holistic Coach Academy Online in July 2022 and an NLP Practitioner certification from Achology in May 2020. Sally has completed various other short courses and programs related to mindfulness, positive intelligence, and talent management.

Sally is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been a member since April 2019. Sally is also a member of the Top Talent Network through Nova Talent, which they joined in May 2021.
