Ajay Pande

Ajay Pande is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Mindbody since July 2023, Ajay previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at TomTom, focusing on real-time mapping and location technology. At Retail Solutions Inc., Ajay was the India Engineering Head, driving digital transformation solutions for CPG manufacturers and retailers. From May 2012 to January 2019, Ajay led the India Product Development team at Capsilon, specializing in AI-driven business process automation. Earlier in the career, Ajay developed products for enterprise and mobile platforms at Siemens, PTC, and Quickoffice. Ajay holds multiple degrees, including an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
