About this role:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work side-by-side with designers, product managers, and software developers to create user-centered product experiences that empower our customers by addressing their needs, solving their problems, and exceeding their expectations through innovative design and intuitive interfaces. Designers play a vital role in the product development lifecycle, from creating the vision and strategy for product features to crafting the fit and finish of interface details. A successful designer here leverages strong internal relationships to drive conversation and collaboration, utilized multiple sources of data to inform all stages of design, and inspires the organization by envisioning creative solutions to difficult problems.

Your responsibilities:

  • Produce user stories, scenarios, sketches, workflows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes throughout the design process.

  • Capture feedback from users, designers, product management and other stakeholders to test and iterate on solutions.

  • Provide robust design specification documentation for development hand-off.

  • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure high-quality implementation of solutions through the production process.

  • Utilize and further develop our design system and patterns.

  • Closely collaborate with other members of the UX team to ensure consistency across ongoing projects and existing features.

Your qualifications & requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer / Product Designer for Enterprise applications.

  • Demonstrated experience developing UX/UI artifacts.

  • Demonstrated experience participating in user research activities and performing user testing exercises.

  • Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

  • Good user interface visual design skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Experience or interest in data visualization tools is an asset.

  • Experience in design thinking and workshop facilitation is an asset.

  • A design portfolio showcasing sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and other deliverables that illustrate your expertise in the discovery, definition, design, and hand-off of real-world product designs.
