Andy Jennings

Andy Jennings has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Andy is currently working as a Talent Acquisition - Project Lead at Minderoo Foundation since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EY as a Talent Sourcing Manager from May 2021 to September 2023. Before that, they held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at RAC WA from December 2017 to May 2021, during which they also served as the Manager Talent Acquisition on a secondment basis from June 2019 to June 2020. Additionally, they have experience working as a Recruitment Specialist at Komatsu Australia, a Senior Technology Resourcing Specialist at BHP Billiton, an IT Account Manager at Paxus IT Recruitment, a Team Leader - IT & Digital at Chandler Macleod Group, a Principal Consultant - IT at Charterhouse Technology, an IT Recruitment Consultant at Integrity Executive Pty Ltd, and a Recruitment Manager at Open Bet.

Andy Jennings attended Buckinghamshire New University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management with a 2:2 classification. In addition, they passed the Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) with Distinction at Brunel University in 2000. Andy is also a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) since 2021.
