Brian Baniewicz

Brian Baniewicz is the Chief Technology Officer of Mindex Cloud. Brian has over 18 years of experience in software engineering. Brian Baniewicz has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Brian Baniewicz began their career as a software engineer at Brand Networks in August 2012. Brian was promoted to Engineering Manager in January 2014. In this role, they led a team of software engineers and was responsible for active product and project development. Brian also partnered with internal stakeholders to increase efficiencies and optimize engineering efforts cross-functionally. Brian Baniewicz coached individual software engineers and helped define individual development goals, tactical objectives, and a model for measuring progress.

In January 2018, Brian Baniewicz left Brand Networks to join CaterTrax as their Chief Information Officer. Brian was responsible for leading a team of software engineers and promoting sound software engineering processes and practices throughout the company. Brian Baniewicz again partnered with internal stakeholders to increase efficiencies and optimize engineering efforts cross-functionally. Brian also coached individual software engineers and helped define individual development goals, tactical objectives, and a model for measuring progress.

In October 2020, Brian Baniewicz joined Mindex as their Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the technical strategy and execution of Mindex’s products and services. This includes working with the engineering team to build and scale Mindex’s products and services, as well as partnering with other teams across the company to ensure that Mindex’s technology solutions are meeting the needs of the business.
