Aloysius Nlemadim has over 10 years of professional experience in project management, program management, and IT security. In 2022, they began working as an Information Technology Security Analyst at MindFinders Inc. (Center of Medicare and Medicaid- CMS). In this role, they performed Security Assessment and Authorization activities and provided guidance to HIPAA Eligibility Transaction System (HETS) System Owners and ISSOs through the SA&A process. Aloysius also conducted regular admin account reviews, console account reviews, GitHub accounts reviews, JIRA & Confluence accounts reviews, CloudTamer accounts reviews and VPN accounts reviews to make sure all users are in compliance. In 2020, they began working at MindFinders, Inc. as a Project/Program Mgmt Support Specialist. In this role, they provided support to the MFI project/program team in providing IT software development, maintenance, production support and enhancement of the Beneficiary Eligibility Suite of Systems Transactions (BESST) for the US Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Aloysius also provided complete analysis of the major release milestones, including any PLOGs resulting from the release performed. In 2018, they began working at Bank of America as a Risk/Fraud Analyst. In this role, they managed daily activities of multiple simulations projects by logging and tracking dependencies, defects, risks, and issues, and maintained team calendars for scheduled meetings to monitor projects and build consensus between all teams and senior management. In 2017, they began working at Delight Medical Inc. as a Project Manager/ Analyst. In this role, they managed performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and other key project management activities and behaviors. In 2016, they began working at Northeastern University as a Project Coordinator for Global Student (Experiential Network). In this role, they assisted the global student manager, Northeastern university Virtual project team, to coordinate several projects for more than 200 international students. In 2015, they began working at Northeastern University as a Project Management Graduate. In 2011, they began working at Airtel Nigeria as a Project supervisor/Coordinator & Customer Operations Team Lead. In this role, they managed the day to day supervision, coordination and management of the entire data/contact center movements and customer retention/segmentation projects within the organization/clients. In 2008, they began working at ZAIN NIGERIA LIMITED as a Project Coordinator - Customer Resolution/Fraud Management projects. In this role, they monitored and tracked the applications, CISCO routers and telephone usage of over 1,500 staff and key high-end customers to ensure fraud-free activities.

Aloysius Nlemadim holds a Masters degree in Project Management with a concentration in Information Security Management from Northeastern University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Aloysius also holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Public Administration from Imo State University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, Aloysius has obtained the Apogee Platinum(Customer) Experience certification from Centum Learning Ltd in 2012, and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
