In this role, they managed performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and other key project management activities and behaviors. In 2016, they began working at Northeastern University as a Project Coordinator for Global Student (Experiential Network). In this role, they assisted the global student manager, Northeastern university Virtual project team, to coordinate several projects for more than 200 international students. In 2015, they began working at Northeastern University as a Project Management Graduate. In 2011, they began working at Airtel Nigeria as a Project supervisor/Coordinator & Customer Operations Team Lead. In this role, they managed the day to day supervision, coordination and management of the entire data/contact center movements and customer retention/segmentation projects within the organization/clients. In 2008, they began working at ZAIN NIGERIA LIMITED as a Project Coordinator - Customer Resolution/Fraud Management projects. In this role, they monitored and tracked the applications, CISCO routers and telephone usage of over 1,500 staff and key high-end customers to ensure fraud-free activities.

Aloysius Nlemadim holds a Masters degree in Project Management with a concentration in Information Security Management from Northeastern University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Aloysius also holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Public Administration from Imo State University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, Aloysius has obtained the Apogee Platinum(Customer) Experience certification from Centum Learning Ltd in 2012, and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
