Pia Seth Lynch

Pia Lynch is the Director of Finance & Program Investments at Mindful Philanthropy. In her role, Pia is responsible for finance and budgeting, developing and assessing new and innovative investment opportunities for funding, operationalizing Mindful's program investments, and overseeing talent management of staff.

Prior to Mindful Philanthropy, Pia was a Director in the Debt Capital Markets Group at Barclays Investment Bank where she advised corporate clients on capital structuring, risk assessment, and credit strategy. While at Barclays, she was also active in recruiting and mentoring talented candidates from women’s colleges.

Pia earned a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College with a major in Economics, and an Executive Master of Public Administration degree from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband.
