Sara Armstrong

VP, Program Delivery & Operations, Population Health at Mindoula Health

Sara Armstrong, MS, BSN, RN, currently serves as Vice President of Program Implementation, Quality, and Training at Mindoula and has held key roles in program operations and delivery in population health since January 2022. Concurrently, Sara is an educator at Hope College, focusing on health coaching skills for college students. Prior to Mindoula, Sara was with Ontrak, Inc., where rapid promotions led to the role of Senior Vice President of Care Community, overseeing significant membership growth and implementing successful programming for health plan partners. Previous experience includes management positions at Priority Health and Holland Hospital, emphasizing care management, diabetes education, and wellness program coordination. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern University.
