Jayaraman Parameswaran

Jai Parameswaran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Senior HR Executive at Atco, followed by a role as an HR Leader at Thermax Systems and Software in 1996. Jayaraman (Jai) then joined iGATE in 1997, where they served as a Senior HR Manager, providing HR support to the IT Services division, the Business Process Outsourcing division, and the Japan and China regions. At Societe Generale in 2008, Jai served as a Senior Vice President and Head HR Global Service center. From 2009 to 2012, Jai was the Head HR (India) at Iron Mountain, Autonomy, HP, where they successfully managed multiple team acquisitions and transitions due to company acquisitions. From 2012 to 2015, Jai worked as a Director HR at Emulex. In 2013, they co-founded Dirt Mania Outdoor Adventures and served on the board. Jayaraman (Jai) then joined minds.ai in 2015 as the Director - HR and Operations, responsible for operations and investor relations at the technology start-up. Lastly, in 2023, Jai became an Investor and Member of the Board at Edhanam by Striemen Technologies.

Jayaraman (Jai) Parameswaran completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Personnel Management from the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR) between 1989 and 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from HPT Arts and RYK Science College from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, they attended Saraswati Vidyalaya from 1981 to 1984, but their degree and field of study are not mentioned.
