Sarah Schermer, MS, CCRP has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research. Sarah currently holds the position of Sr. Director Clinical Operations at Mindset Medical since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BD as a CRA Manager - Global Clinical Affairs from June 2021 to April 2022. Sarah also worked at CR Bard, where they held multiple roles such as Project Manager from September 2020 to April 2022, Senior CRA from April 2020 to June 2021, CRA II from May 2018 to March 2020, and Clinical Research Associate from April 2017 to April 2018. Sarah also had a temporary role at Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center as part of the Research Department and Vocational & Life Skills Academy from October 2014 to December 2014.

Sarah Schermer, MS, CCRP has a strong educational background in the field of clinical research. Sarah obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Research from Arizona State University - Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to their master's degree, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Biology from Arizona State University between 2008 and 2010. Sarah also completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Scottsdale Community College in 2009.

Sarah further enhanced their knowledge and skills in clinical research by completing a Clinical Research Coordinator program at GateWay Community College in 2013 and 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sarah holds several certifications related to their field. Sarah obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the University of Arizona in January 2021. Furthermore, they have certifications in Blood Borne Pathogen for Health Care Providers, Health information Privacy and Security, Transport and Shipping of Dangerous Goods, and Certified Clinical Research Professional from various institutions. Sarah also possesses certifications in CPR, Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) Training and Administration, and ICH GCP for Coordinators.
