Ayan Barua

Ayan Barua has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Genesys Support Engineer at SmartConnect Technologies, where they played a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of communication solutions. In 2017, Ayan worked as a Graphic Designer at Sort India Enviro Solutions Limited. From 2019 to 2019, they worked as a Design Researcher at Digital Impact Square, where they collaborated with a team to uncover social challenges and develop impactful solutions. Currently, Ayan is employed at Mindstix Software Labs, initially working as a Product Designer and now serving as the Lead Product Experience Designer.

Ayan Barua completed a Master's degree in Design-Led Innovation from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, Ayan earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Babaria Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Between 2009 and 2011, Ayan attended Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's V.M. Public School in Vadodara.
