Sophie Lips

Sophie Lips has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Sophie started as an Au Pair at Cultural Care Au Pair from June 2015 to June 2016. Later, they worked as a Research Assistant at Universiteit Maastricht from January 2020 to June 2020. In November 2020, Sophie became a Clinical Psychology Intern at MARIENBORN gGmbH, where they gained clinical experience and conducted research on the impact of social connectedness and depressive symptoms due to COVID-19.

In February 2021, they joined Maastricht University as a Research Intern, focusing on research projects. Their responsibilities included data collection and analysis. In June 2021, they joined Rosenrot Naturkosmetik GmbH as a Marketing / Social Media Manager, overseeing marketing campaigns and B2C communication. Their tasks included content planning, development, newsletter creation, and social media management.

Currently, Sophie works at Mindsurance as a Content & Social Media Growth Manager, starting in November 2022. Their role involves managing B2B and B2C marketing and communication. Daily tasks include social media management, newsletter creation, and networking to foster long-term growth for the company.

Sophie Lips began their education in 2016 at Tilburg University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Sophie completed their undergraduate studies in 2019. In the same year, Sophie also participated in an exchange program at IE University, focusing on Psychology. Following their time at IE University, they enrolled at Maastricht University in 2019, where they pursued a Research Master of Science degree in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience with a specialization in Psychopathology. Sophie completed their research master's program in 2021.
