Senior Unity Development Engineer at Mindtech Global

Kyle Field began their professional career in 2008 as a Digital Print Operator at Pitney Bowes Management Services. In 2010, they moved to Admiral as a Warehouse Operative. In 2014, they became a Student Mentor at the University of Bedfordshire. In 2015, they joined the Transport Systems Catapult as a Software Developer Technologist, where they used Unity and the Unreal game engines to create and visualise AR/VR experiences for projects. In 2019, they moved to Connected Places Catapult as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Developer Technologist. Currently, they are a Senior Unity Development Engineer at Mindtech Global Limited, where they are developing customer features for the Chameleon simulation platform, mentoring junior members of the software development team, and contributing to the design architecture of the project.

Kyle Field obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2015. Kyle then went on to receive a Master's Degree (MSc) in Project Management from the University of Bedfordshire between 2014 and 2015. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Games Development from the same university between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Software Development from Barnfield Technology Centre between 2005 and 2007. Kyle's education history began with South Luton High School, which they attended from 2000 to 2005.
