• Building & developing comprehensive documentation, technical articles, and support FAQs.
• Collaborating with various teams to identify areas for improving Help Site content.
• An opportunity to partner with Product Managers and Engineering to assess needs and create documentation for new or enhanced functionality.
• Improve our user experience by improving accessibility and discoverability of documentation both in-product and on the Help Site.
• Learn & collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the development and delivery process.
• Manage program metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of documentation.
• Create and maintain project plans for development and delivery projects.
• Leverage AI-based tools and technologies to optimize documentation creation and maintenance processes.
• Contribute to developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules.
• Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced team members as required.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

• Have 5-7 years of experience as a technical writer in SaaS companies.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have the ability to tailor content for different user personas, various use cases, and global audiences.
• Have the proficiency in using style guides such as the Microsoft Manual of Style.
• Have experience working in an agile development model.
• Are familiar with tools such as MS Office, G Suite, and JIRA.
• Have a proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and drive projects from ideation to final deployment.
