María José Valdebenito Miranda

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on promoting organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro, where Mariana operated from November 2017 to November 2019, and nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
