Previously, Elliott served as Sr. Director & Project Lead at X, the moonshot factory and also held roles at SafeTraces, Inc., ShopWell Labs, Inc., YottaMark, Inc., and Portola Packaging. With a background in engineering from the University of Cambridge, Elliott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the food and ag industries.
