Tim Babbe

Tim Babbe is an experienced mining professional currently serving as Mining Superintendent and Quarry Manager at Mineral Resources Limited since May 2021. Previously, Tim held the role of Alternate Project Manager for the Great Western Gold Project at Pit N Portal, and was a Project Manager at NRW Civil & Mining for over three years. Tim's extensive background includes multiple roles at Rio Tinto, including Development Superintendent, Drill & Blast Superintendent, and Operations Planning Superintendent, as well as earlier positions as a Surveyor and Mine Planner. Tim's education includes diplomas in Operations Management and Supervision, along with Management and Business Administration from TNL, and foundational studies at John Wollaston and Webley Central Tafe.
