Dan Miller has worked in the field of behavioral neuroscience since 2011, when they began as a research technician at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2021, they moved to Harvard Medical School to become a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Dan is currently employed at Minerva Biotechnologies as a Research Scientist, a role they have held since 2023.
Dan Miller attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and one in Psychology. Dan then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Certificate in Cytotechnology. In August 2012, they obtained a Certified Cytotechnologist (CT(IAC)) certification from the Carle Foundation Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Finally, they attended Oregon Health & Science University from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience.
