Paul Gollnick

Paul Gollnick possesses extensive experience in engineering and sales within the medical device industry. Currently serving as the VP of Sales at Hammon Plating since September 2020, Paul has demonstrated a strong sales leadership role. Concurrently, Paul has held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Minerva Surgical since March 2015. Previous roles include Process Development Engineer at PQ Bypass and Manufacturing Engineer at iScience Interventional, where significant contributions included reviving a dormant manufacturing process and redesigning prototypes for surgical instruments. Paul's academic background comprises a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, complemented by various research and internship experiences that showcase expertise in product development and engineering principles.
