Vilinda Imelda Conos

Vilinda Imelda Conos has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vilinda Imelda started their career in 2002 as a Strategic Planning Specialist at Philippine Seven Corporation. Vilinda Imelda then moved on to Progressive Development Corporation, where they worked as a Business Development and Planning Officer from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2012, they served as a Planning Associate and Demand Forecasting Coordinator at The Purefoods-Hormel Co., Inc.

In 2012, Vilinda joined United Laboratories, Inc. as an Assistant Manager for Corporate Planning. During their time there, they played a key role in improving Planning and Business Review sessions, reviewing the New Product Development process, and organizing company events like the Marketing Summit and Economic Briefing. Vilinda Imelda also worked on cost reduction projects and monitored budget expenses.

In 2016, Vilinda joined MERALCO as a Strategy Management Manager, where they contributed to strategic planning initiatives until 2017. Vilinda Imelda then moved to iTEACH Consulting, Inc. in 2012, where they held the position of Director and Corporate Secretary.

Vilinda's latest work experience is at Mineski Global, where they have held multiple roles since 2019. Vilinda Imelda started as a Business Analytics Manager and later became a Business Strategy Manager. In 2021, they took on the role of Chief of Staff and eventually became the Head of Business Intelligence.

Vilinda Imelda Conos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Vilinda Imelda furthered their education by pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at De La Salle University, graduating between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Conos has obtained several certifications, including "Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits" from LinkedIn in 2020, and various courses from Lynda.com in 2018 such as "Assessing and Improving Strategic Plans," "Strategic Planning Foundations," "Delegating Tasks," and "New Manager Foundations." Vilinda Imelda also holds the certification of Certified Financial Consultant from the Institute of Financial Consultants of Canada.
