Leanne Lim

Leanne Lim has a varied work experience, beginning with a Legal Intern role at Apex Law LLC in 2017. Leanne then held a Student Assistant and Research Assistant role at the National Institute of Education, Singapore in 2019. In 2020, Leanne worked as a Legal Assistant at Raindrop Holdings LLP. In 2021, they were a Product Design Intern at SWAT Mobility, and is currently a UX Designer at MING Labs since 2022. In their roles, Leanne has been responsible for stakeholder management, requirement refinement, workshop facilitation, redesigning internal operator platforms, maintaining and enhancing design systems, spearheading user testing sessions, conducting research, examining legal decisions, arranging and attending meetings with clients, and preparing documents.

Leanne Lim has a diverse educational background. Leanne graduated from CHIJ Secondary in 2014 and then went on to Temasek Polytechnic, where they earned a Law and Management degree in 2018. Leanne is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Leanne has also earned a Google UX Design Certificate from Google in February 2022 and an Intro to User Experience Design Certificate from Smartcademy in December 2020.
