Raphael Masferrer de Oliveira's work experience begins in 2014 with an internship at The Boston Consulting Group, where they assisted with research and document preparation for various projects. In 2016, they interned at British American Tobacco, working on presentations and researching macroeconomic and geo-political data. Later that year, they also completed a work shadow internship at PwC UK, gaining exposure to technology consulting and attending a pitch for data analysis software implementation.
In 2017, Raphael served as a Campus Brand Ambassador for Spotify and as a Digital Partnerships Executive during a summer internship at Sweatcoin. In these roles, they proposed and developed strategic partnerships, handled user acquisition, and contributed to brand growth.
From 2017 to 2018, Raphael held positions at Warwick Congress, first as a Team Member of Sponsorship and Corporate Relations, where they conducted research and built relationships with sponsors, and later as the Head of Sponsorship and Corporate Relations, responsible for securing funds for the conference.
Starting in 2018, Raphael joined KPMG, initially as a Graduate Trainee. During this time, they built a data capture solution and PowerBI Dashboard model for a UK Government Agency, expanded the solution with a PowerApp and PowerAutomate flows, and analyzed chargeability data using SQL and Python. Raphael then advanced to the role of Assistant Manager, leading the testing team on a bespoke L&D app and engaging with stakeholders.
Most recently, in 2022, Raphael joined Miniclip as a Commercial and Market Intelligence Data Analyst. Raphael founded the Commercial and Market Intelligence Analytics team, interpreting market estimates and making recommendations to studio leads and executives. Raphael also independently created an automated prospecting tool for M&A and publishing investments using market estimates.
Raphael Masferrer de Oliveira completed their high school education at Southbank International School from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate degree. Raphael then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a major in Economics at the University of Warwick from 2015 to 2018.
