Jody Jia

Jody Jia is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at MININGLAMP Technology since January 2021. Previously, Jody held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at AInnovation from August 2020 to January 2021 and worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Interpublic Group (IPG) from November 2018 to August 2020. Jody's extensive experience also includes serving as HRBP at ShangPin.com and as an Executive Search Consultant at ALS International from March 2013 to August 2016.
