Roxana Sanchez Molina has over 28 years of professional experience, with more than 15 years as a Master Coach specializing in personal and professional development for individuals and teams. Current roles include serving as a Specialized Business Consultant for Banco de Desarrollo de El Salvador, an Advisor and Auditor for the Corporación Salvadoreña de Turismo, and a Specialized Trainer in Tourism Culture for PNUD El Salvador. Additionally, Roxana is a Senior Consultant for the Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador focusing on SME innovation, and has contributed expertise in numerous programs aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises.
