Rafael Ortega Ripoll

Rafael Ortega Ripoll currently serves as a Commercial Counsellor at the Oficina Económica y Comercial de España en el Reino Unido and as Consejero Comercial at the Ministerio de Economía, Comercio y Empresa since September 2020. Additionally, Rafael has been a professor at ICEX-CECO since September 2015, focusing on financial and non-financial support for internationalization in the MBA program and operational management course. Rafael's extensive experience includes leadership roles at the Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Competitividad, where responsibilities included promoting international trade policies and overseeing quality inspections of agro-food products. Rafael has also contributed to standardization efforts within various committees, notably with UNE and AENOR, and holds degrees in Chemical Sciences and an MBA in International Trade from recognized institutions.
