Jeff Kaminski

Jeff Kaminski has extensive experience in business transformation and leadership coaching. Jeff is currently serving as the VP of Business Transformation at Ministry Brands. Prior to this, they operated their own consulting and coaching firm called Kaminski Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where they provided guidance to organizations undergoing transformative events. Jeff has also held various positions in business transformation and strategic initiatives at companies such as Verint, Iron Mountain, ADP, and First Data Corporation. Jeff began their career as a Director of Development at Synesis Corp and later served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Ceridian.

Jeff Kaminski has a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an MS in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University.
