Tim Ferguson

Tim Ferguson is a Senior Technician at the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) since August 2021, specializing in the Bacteriology and Aquatic Diseases Team, with a focus on multiple projects and diagnostic work. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Laboratory Technician in the Animal Health Team at AgResearch from May 2019 to July 2021, and engaging in research roles at the University of Otago as a Research Assistant in late 2018 and as a Laboratory Demonstrator in mid-2017. Tim Ferguson holds a Master of Science with Distinction in Microbiology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Science with Distinction in Microbiology, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, all obtained from the University of Otago between 2013 and 2018.
