Pavel Broum

Pavel Broum started working as a Lawyer at CESNET, z.s.p.o in November 2011. Pavel served in this role until April 2014. Then, in May 2014, Pavel joined the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic as the Head of the Public Procurement Unit, where they currently hold the position.

Pavel Broum's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Technische Universität Dresden for a year, studying law. Pavel then went on to Charles University, where they studied law until 2006.

In 2022, Pavel enrolled at WU Executive Academy to pursue the Public Procurement Excellence Programme. This program lasted until 2023.

In addition to their educational background, Pavel has also obtained certifications. In 2018, they received the B and B+ Best Value Certification from Best Value Europe. Most recently, in March 2023, they became a Certified Public Procurement Expert, completing this certification at the WU Executive Academy.
