Temuulen Bayaraa

Temuulen Bayaraa currently serves as an Advisor to the Minister and Chief Cabinet Secretary of Mongolia, as well as an Advisor to the National Committee on Global Communications, focusing on enhancing Mongolia's global presence through strategic communication and media partnerships. Additionally, Temuulen holds a board member position at the Business Council of Mongolia and provides advisory support in the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications, leading efforts to develop the digital economy and attract ICT investments. As the founder of Equity Lab, a social enterprise, Temuulen empowers underprivileged youth with essential skills and entrepreneurial training. Previous experience includes roles in data infrastructure development at the Prime Minister’s Office, project management at the National University of Singapore, and consultancy with the World Bank Group. Temuulen holds a Master of Public Policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the National University of Mongolia.
