Dr. Chaitanya Popli

Dr. Chaitanya Popli is a Visiting Researcher at the Ministry of Earth Sciences specializing in studying seismogenesis beneath sub-surface rocks. Previously, Dr. Popli worked as a Senior Research Fellow at Panjab University focusing on reconstructing ancient climate and sedimentation systems. With a background in geology, Dr. Popli also served as a Lead Associate at Innodata Inc., utilizing geological information for natural resource exploration. Educationally, Dr. Popli holds a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences, an MSc in Geology, and a Bachelor of Science degree.
