Kaarel Lehtsalu

Kaarel Lehtsalu has worked as an Expert and Counsel at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia since April 2019. In July 2023, Kaarel transitioned to the role of Counsel at the same company, where Kaarel continues to utilize their expertise in the economic and communications sectors.
