Kaili Tamm

Chief Digital Officer (cdo) at Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia

Kaili Tamm has extensive work experience in the field of digital communication and emergency response in Estonia. Kaili is currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. Prior to this, they held the position of Board Member and Vice Chair at the Tech and Operations Committee at EENA 112. Kaili also worked as an Adviser at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior and held various roles at the Estonian Emergency Response Centre, including Head of Cooperation and Planning Section, Expert, and Chief Specialist. Kaili Tamm began their career as a Specialist at The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.

Kaili Tamm's education history includes a Master's degree in Internal Security from The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Hungarian/Magyar Language and Literature from the University of Tartu, from 1998 to 2005. Kaili also had a semester abroad at Eötvös Loránd University in 2003. Additionally, they participated in a Summer School program at the University of Debrecen in 2002. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Conversion to IT at the University of Tartu, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
