Sopheak Kim

Sopheak Kim is an experienced professional currently serving as the Secretary of State's personal assistant at the Ministry of Economy and Finance since January 2020, focusing primarily on gender and budgeting issues. In addition, Sopheak has been working as a freelancer and Secretary of State's Assistant at Free since July 2018, collaborating with various institutes to enhance community contributions. Previous roles include personal assistant at the Cambodian National Council for Women from January 2019 to May 2022, researcher at Enduring Consultancy from September 2017 to June 2018, and education volunteer with Save the Children International from June 2014 to February 2015. Sopheak holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
