Adéla Linhartová has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Adéla is currently the Head of Unit at the Ministry of Education in Prague, Czech Republic, where they oversee and coordinates the implementation of key EU programs and initiatives in education. Adéla has also served as the Head of Unit in charge of financing and organizing events for the Czech Presidency in the Council of EU, during which they successfully organized numerous international events. Prior to their current roles, they were the Deputy Head of Unit representing the national authority of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs and was involved in negotiating EU resolutions. Adéla also has previous experience as a Youth Policy Expert, Project Manager and Inclusion Officer at Dům zahraniční spolupráce, Founder and Manager at Jinej svět o.p.s., Project Consultant at Fond dalšího vzdělávání, and Lecturer at Asi-milovaní, o.s. and PROSTOR PRO, o.s.
Adéla Linhartová obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Masaryk University Brno in the years 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at the same university from 2010 to 2012.
