Nikos Antoniou is an experienced educator and researcher with a robust background in biology and clinical research. Currently, Nikos serves as a Secondary Education Biology teacher at the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs since September 2022. Previously, Nikos held positions as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Athens Medical Group, a Quality Control Analyst at RAFARM S.A., and a Trainee Clinical Embryologist at Serum IVF. Notably, Nikos was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Democritus University of Thrace, focusing on the effects of functional food ingredients on the intestinal microbiome. Additionally, Nikos contributed as a Scientific Collaborator at the Biomedical Research Foundation of the Academy of Athens and as a Teacher of Biology at the Detox Unit School. With a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, along with previous degrees in Molecular and Applied Physiology and Biology, Nikos demonstrates a strong academic foundation in the biological sciences.
