Vasiliki C. Laschou

Vasiliki C. Laschou is a Professor of Biology at the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs since September 2022 and a Researcher PhD Candidate at the University of Thessaly since January 2017. Vasiliki has held various positions as a Biochemist, including roles at the Microbiological Laboratory Papadakos E. from February 2021 to August 2022, and at the General Hospital of Trikala in multiple capacities between June 2018 and March 2020. Additionally, Vasiliki has experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at Little Acre Farm and served as a Post Master at the University of Thessaly from December 2015 to November 2016. Vasiliki holds a Master’s degree in Applied Molecular Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the University of Thessaly, along with training in Special Education and Food Quality Standards from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
