Abdullah Muhammad has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Abdullah started their career in 2010 at IQRA Academy USVI, where they taught mathematics, physical education and wellness, and teen leadership. In 2013, they joined Iman Academy - Southwest as the Middle/High School Principal, where they conducted performance analysis of students, hired and managed teachers, and prepared reports on various school activities. Abdullah also served as a mathematics teacher and Vice Principal (Middle High School) at the same institution. In 2017, Abdullah Muhammad joined the Ministry of Education - UAE as the Academic Vice Principal and later the Acting Principal, Cycle 2 and 3 - Trilingual Program. In these roles, they focused on implementing best teaching and learning practices, improving student results, and collaborating with parents and the community.

Abdullah Muhammad has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Abdullah also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Texas State University. Abdullah obtained a Teaching Certificate in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from the University of West Florida from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have a double minor in Geography and Spanish, as well as a Certificate in Latin American Business, both earned from Texas State University.
