IT Project Coordinator - Lead Technisian at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark

Anders Rasmussen has over 15 years of work experience in the field of IT. Anders started their career in 2006 at Rigspolitiet, where they worked as a Storage Specialist and Backup Specialist, implementing various solutions such as Symantec Netbackup and VMware. In 2010, they moved to Aarhus University as a Storage Specialist and Project Leader, where they implemented various equipment and obtained certifications in Togaf, Prince2, and ITIL. Anders then joined Statens IT as a Senior Storage Specialist and VMware Specialist from 2014 to 2016.

Anders founded Rocking Flowers in 1994, a company that sold music instruments, computer games, and hardware. Anders also worked at Novo Nordisk as an IT Operations Analyst and Senior Storage Specialist in 2016.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked at the Agency for Governmental IT Services as a Project Leader and Architect, responsible for due diligence management and IT architecture. Anders then worked at Forsvaret as a Project Leader and Architect from 2019 to 2022.

In 2022, Anders joined Statens IT again as a Lead Project Coordinator, and in 2023, they joined Udenrigsministeriet as an IT Project Coordinator, leading technical projects.

Anders Rasmussen completed a Bachelor's Degree in IT Network and Electronics Technology at Frederiksberg Tekniske Skole from 1995 to 1997. In 2018, they also attended a short-term program in Projektstyring called "finansministeriets projektleder uddannelse" at Implement. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ITIL v3, Prince 2 practitioner, and Togaf 9.1, although the specific institutions and dates are not provided.
