Salman Alsultan is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategic management and business development. Currently serving as Strategy Director at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing since May 2020, Salman has successfully aligned the ministry’s strategy with various sub-strategies and established the Strategy Transformation Office. Prior roles include Deputy Chairman of the Board at Al Sultan Socks Factory and Vice President at the Saudi Real Estate Institute, where leadership and operational management were key responsibilities. With a solid foundation in financial services from positions at Albilad Capital, Bank Albilad, and Samba Financial Group, Salman holds an MBA from Alfaisal University and has pursued advanced training in leadership and securities qualification.
