Kapanda Musonda

Kapanda Musonda, an experienced Chief Administrative Officer, currently works at Mongu Municipal Council since September 2020. Prior to this, Kapanda held a similar position at the Ministry of Local Government since April 2010. With a strong belief in creativity and innovative thinking, Kapanda is a self-motivated individual who consistently delivers targets on time. At the age of 42, Kapanda is an associate member of ZIHRM and ILGAZ, always ready to take on challenging jobs.
